Change Leaders Breakfast is Novaro's exclusive quaterly networking format for professionals who work with change, transformation and leadership at a strategic level. With a maximum of 20 participants, this is a deliberately intimate and curated gathering - designed for depth of conversation, not breadth of attendance.

Each session opens with a focused 20-minute briefing on a specific topic within change management or leadership. The briefing is designed to be sharp, evidence-based and immediately relevant, giving participants a concrete starting point for the facilitated dialogue that follows. 

The remaining time is dedicated to open, facilitated dialogue and networking - a space where change professionals can speak candidly about the challenges they face, share experiences from their own organisations and build relationships with peers who understand the complexity of their work.

Change Leaders Breakfast meets quaterly. Breakfast is included in the annual price. Due to the intimate format, spots are limited and book up quickly. Regular attendance is encouraged - this is a community, not a one-off event.
